Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened product. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging and condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Hygiene Exclusion — Used or Opened Bars
Veloria is a personal-care product applied to the skin. Used or opened bars cannot be returned, in line with industry standards for hygiene products. This protects all our customers and ensures that every bar that ships is sealed and unused.
If you've opened the product and experienced an adverse reaction or skin sensitivity, please see Adverse Reactions below — a different policy applies.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction or skin sensitivity to Veloria, stop using the product immediately and rinse the affected area with cool water.
If you are experiencing severe symptoms — significant swelling, difficulty breathing, widespread blistering — seek medical attention or call emergency services right away.
For mild irritation, contact us at support@veloriabaths.com. We will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the product. A brief description of the reaction is appreciated for our internal records but is not required to process the refund.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Method
Returns are completed by mail.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival
- No return shipping required for adverse reactions — see Adverse Reactions above
- For change-of-mind returns of unused, unopened product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the return label must be downloaded and printed by the customer.
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns of:
- Unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery (change of mind)
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items on arrival
We do not accept returns of used or opened product for hygiene reasons. Adverse reactions are handled separately under the Adverse Reactions section above — full refund, no return required.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify, change, or cancel your order — including the shipping address — please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, your order is typically already in fulfillment and we cannot guarantee changes.
If your order has shipped before you reach us, you can return it under our standard return policy once it arrives.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@veloriabaths.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (where a return is required), we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
For adverse reaction refunds, the refund is processed once we receive your message — no return inspection needed.
